Girls Inc. of Greater Miami was established with a mission to equip girls to grow up strong, smart, and bold. Founded in 2017, our local affiliate has grown into a cornerstone of the Miami community, providing comprehensive programming that addresses the unique challenges faced by girls and young women in our region.

Over the years, we have expanded our reach and impact through a variety of initiatives and events. Our annual Fuel Her Fire Gala, Fashion Fusion Brunch, and International Women’s Day Panel, have become much-anticipated fixtures on our calendar, each playing a vital role in raising awareness and funds to support our mission.

From our humble beginnings, Girls Inc. of Greater Miami has evolved into a vibrant organization dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where girls have the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them without judgment, to lean on and support one another, and to identify their own strengths while celebrating the unique talents of others. Through our evidence-based programs and skilled role models, we equip girls with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and seize opportunities.
