What is Power Hour?
Power Hour is a bold, three-year internship experience designed to give girls more than just preparation — it gives them power. Through a blend of career-aligned coursework, mentorship from women in the field, and hands-on internships, girls gain the real-world skills, confidence, and clarity they need to succeed after high school.
Each girl chooses her own pathway based on her interests, earning a certification or Girls Inc. Credential along the way. With 120+ hours of real-world experience, personalized support, and space to lead, Power Hour is more than a program — it’s a launchpad for girls to become strong, smart, and bold in every space they enter.
